Apartment amplifier of the well-known ONYX brand. The device is designed to work inside the building. The W2301 ONYX operates in the 40-400MHz and 470-862MHz bands. It has independent VHF and UHF gain control. The amplifier has a switch with which you can expose the 12V voltage to the amplifier input to power an additional preamplifier.
