Use:
Electrode wire, copper-plated with the addition of Mn and Si deoxidizers for semi-automatic welding in CO2 shielding and M2 and M3 mixtures.
The mechanical properties of the wire ensure high quality of welds and reliable wire feeding in the mechanized welding process.
The wire is designed for welding non-alloy structural, boiler and ship steels.
Typical mechanical properties of the alloy:
Yield strength [Re]: > 420 MPa
Tensile strength [Rm]: 500÷640 MPa
Elongation [A5]: > 20 %
Breaking work [KV] at temp. – 40 0 C > 47 J
Breaking work [KV] at temp. – 20 0 C > 47 J
