WA10 HMS is a wide roller for exercising the muscles of the whole body. The biggest advantage of this model is its wide tread measuring up to 16.5 cm! Thanks to it, maintaining balance is definitely easier than in the case of standard exercise wheels. An additional advantage are knee pads, thanks to which we can practice without worrying about their abrasions. The exercise roller has large, ergonomic and non-slip handles, so that the hands do not slip. When exercising with a roller, almost the whole body works. In addition to the rectus abdominis muscle, deep and oblique muscles are involved. Going higher, the widest muscle of the back, rounded larger, smaller and subcrest muscle are also stimulated to work. In addition, the muscles of the arms also work - the shoulder and triceps. In turn, a stable base in the knee is provided by tense thigh muscles, i.e. the quadriceps muscle and buttocks - gluteal great. The thickness of the WA10 HMS wheel allows the user to fully focus on the technique of the exercises performed, which translates into an increase in the effectiveness of the exercises. In addition, a return spring is built into the WA10 HMS shaft, which, during training, makes it easier for the user to return to the starting position.
