UW18 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower lifts. You can use it, making a whole range of exercises on different muscle groups, upper body parts. Starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral acton of the deltoid muscles, to the widest muscles and the extensor of the back. The handles of the stick are set perpendicularly and at an angle. This gives the opportunity to change the grip, and thus, the full involvement of the trained muscle, forcing to work, various muscle attachments. Rubberized handle allows for a firm and comfortable grip. Prevents the utensils from slipping out of your hands.
