UW14 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral acton of the deltoid muscles, to the widest muscles and the back extensor. It is made of high quality steel, which makes it possible to train with a significant load. Its length and the number of rubberized handles guarantee many grip possibilities, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, the handle will allow, with each exercise, to develop muscles on different lengths of their attachments. The extreme handles are set at an angle, which when practicing pulling the bar on the upper lift, promotes the attraction of elbows to the torso, i.e. maintaining the best exercise technique. The handle allows you to perform your workout accurately, without fear of slipping out of your hands. This is ensured by rubberized handles, which also provide a firm and comfortable grip. The UW14 HMS model will help to easily and symmetrically expand muscle parts.
