UW10 HMS is a double handle designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It is used to exercise the muscles of the back. Its shape and position of the handle at a significant angle allows for maximum range of motion, which allows maximum muscle tension. This will make our training more effective. The construction of the handle guarantees perfect hand position and forces proper movement during exercise. The wide spacing of the handle allows you to perform exercises at an alternative angle to the narrow grip, which gives the possibility of more effective training and full development of the muscle group. It is made of high quality steel. This makes it possible to train with a significant load. The rough handle prevents the utensils from slipping out of the hands, at the same time it requires a stronger grip, thanks to which we also work on the development of the forearm muscles. The UW10 HMS model will enable easy and effective development of the back muscles, which according to some are the most important for our muscular system.
