UW08 HMS is a double handle designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It is mainly used to exercise the muscles of the back. Its shape allows for a wider range of motion than with a straight or narrow grip. It also allows stronger muscle tension, which will make our training more effective. The construction of the handle guarantees perfect hand position and forces the correct movement. The wide spacing of the handle allows you to perform exercises at an alternative angle to a narrow handle. This gives the possibility of more effective training and full development of the muscle group. The rough steel handle prevents the utensils from slipping out of our hands, while requiring a stronger grip. Thanks to this, we also work on the development of the muscles of the forearm. The handle is made of high quality steel. This will allow training with a significant load. The UW08 model will help to easily and effectively develop the muscles of the back, which according to some are the most important for our muscular system.
