Made of construction: right-handed, with special grinding. Lateral rake angle normal, core thickness greater than normal, no convergence. Drill with very good self-centering properties, producing short chips even when cutting long-chip materials.
Application: twist drill for hole alignment with tight diameter tolerances and good surface quality. Universal drill bit for max. 3 x D holes with the highest cutting speeds. Designed in particular for long- and short-chip materials such as GGS and ADI, cast iron, grey cast iron, ductile and ductile cast iron, high-alloy AlSi alloys and alloy steels with a strength of up to 1200 N/mm2.
Spiral grooves supplying coolant. Spiral internal cooling. The coolant reaches the blades directly and flushes the chips out of the drilled hole.
