Trovet MRT is a complete and balanced food adapted with nutrient levels to prevent and alleviate metabolic changes caused by heart or liver failure and in case of intolerance and food aleria.
Trovet MRT is characterized by reduced levels of phosphorus, protein and sodium, which allows to reduce hyperphosphataemia and azotemia and allows you to control heart failure, hypertension and ascites. High-quality protein from rabbit meat ensures coverage of the minimum daily requirement for amino acids and maintaining proper kidney function. Elevated levels of B vitamins inhibit the development of the disease and contribute to the alleviation of disease symptoms. The addition of substances that raise the pH of urine counteracts metabolic acidosis and prevents the development of oxalate urolithiasis in the urinary tract.
A properly selected ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids normalizes the pressure in the glomerular capillaries. The use of rabbit meat makes it possible to use the delicacy also in animals prone to food allergies.
Based on current analyses, mrT and MLT diet determination values have been reviewed. This has caused changes in the indications, and in this way both products are now more clearly targeting specific conditions. This has caused a split between kidney failure and struvite urolithiasis. We received one main indication for each product, which - in the case of MRT - is struvite urolithiasis.
