Description:
The wrench is made of chrome-vanadium steel, which ensures its durability and strength. It has a mechanical tension of the torque latch, which after reaching the desired tightening force jumps by one tooth, making a characteristic sound.
The scale of moments is placed in the handle of the key, its adjustment occurs by its rotation. After setting the desired moment, lock the key with a security at the end of the handle.
The key is GS certified.
Comparative comparison of moments in different units of length and force:
- 1 kgf*cm = 13,887 oz*IN (ounce x inch)
- 1 kgf*cm = 0.867 LB*IN (pound x inch)
- 1 kG*m = 9.80665 N*m (Newton x meter)
- 1 kgf*m = 7,233 LB*FT (pound x ft)
- 1 FT*LB = 12 LB*IN (pound x in)
- 1 dm*N = 14.16 OZ*IN (ounce x inch)
Use:
It is mainly used in automotive technology for precise fastening and wherever the manufacturer has specified the required torque of tightening the connector.
Directions for use:
- Select the appropriate Nm or in-lbs scale. Unlock the micrometer knob.
- Set the micrometer knob so that the "0" on the knob scale coincides with the vertical line on the key arm.
- Rotate the micrometer knob clockwise until the desired torque is set.
- The desired torque is set when the scale on the micrometer knob coincides with the vertical line on the key arm.
- Then lock the micrometric knob and set the appropriate direction of rotation of the ratchet, after which the key is ready for use.
- A suitable cap should be put on the key carrier. During tightening, reaching the set torque is indicated by the click of a key. If you hear or feel a click, stop tightening.
