The knife sharpener is equipped with a non-slip base to maintain stability during sharpening. A thicker sharpening element by tuning the sharpening account is designed to quickly derive the ideal angle of the blade. An intermediate ceramic element smoothes the edges, while a thinner one is used for the final polishing of the sharpened edge. In this gap we can also sharpen ceramic knives.
Three stages of sharpening offer the possibility of sharpening very blunt or damaged edges and sharpening already profiled blades.
