Thread sealant red 10ml durable

Thread protection agent for unwanted loosening achieving high strength. Prevents parts from loosening subjected to vibration. Ideal for permanently securing permanent connections in engine blocks and pump housings. Curing of the product occurs when it is between tightly adjacent metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistance up to 149°C.
Pre-hardening and protection of threads takes place after about 20 minutes, full after 24 hours.
When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the solidification time may be extended. Recommended for securing screws from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To dismantle, heat the site to a temperature above 150°C or use a lot of force to break the connection.
Recommended for use in applications where regular disassembly of parts is not required. Breaking torque for M10 screws: 22 Nm.
