The Thing The board game will take you back to the events known from the cult film directed in 1982 by the master of horror cinema, John Carpenter. The game focuses on the alien's ability to mimic and assimilate, allowing him to hide his true nature under the cover of a false humanity. The Alien's real goal is to escape the base and spread across the planet. Success will not be easy, as the humans present in the game will try to prevent this. The Alien's behaviour will be heavily influenced by the course of the game and how close the other players come to revealing his true identity. The alien may choose to cooperate fully with the humans to escape with them, or he may try to assimilate as many of them as possible to increase his chances of winning. Or it can reveal itself and fight them with full cunning and brute force. The road to victory is indeed difficult, but not impossible. However, beware! The paranoia caused by uncertainty about who is REALLY on your side can cloud your judgment!
