Description:

The spray gun is used to perform paint work. A factor necessary for the proper operation of the gun is compressed air. The varnish from the gun tank and the compressed air supplied to the gun form a mixture of paint and air particles at the outlet of the gun nozzle.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Appointed
Using a flat wrench, tighten the nozzle. Check the tightness and reliability of the compressed air supply system connections. Blow the air supply hose before connecting it to the installation. Before using the gun, make sure that it has been properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the tank with the coating material is connected in such a way as to ensure adequate tightness.

Spray jet width adjustment
Changing the width and shape of the spray jet can be achieved by rotating the air nozzle. The shape of the jet can be smoothly adjusted from flat to round according to your needs. The knob for adjusting the amount of coating material determines the amount of coating material supplied to the air stream. On the other hand, the spray adjustment knob sets the intensity of the mixture of the coating material with the air. It is recommended to set the mixture stream so as to obtain as small particles of the coating material as possible, this will ensure a better distribution of the coating material on the surface.

Gun work
When using the gun, the distance between the outlet of the gun and the covered surface should be maintained in the range from 10 to 15 cm. Try to guide the gun outlet perpendicular to the surface to be covered. Avoid arc movements, they will cause uneven distribution of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers, rather than one thick one.

Airflow regulation
Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air should be selected by adjusting the air pressure control knob.

Nozzle Replacement
Make sure that the entire nozzle set is replaced. The kit includes a coating material nozzle, a spire and an air nozzle.

Spire seal
In the course of work, the tightness of the spire seal should be checked. In case of significant wear, the gasket should be replaced during the periodic inspection of the gun using a flat wrench to dismantle the seal assembly

Cleaning and maintenance
After finishing the work, you need to disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the tool tank of the remaining coating material. Thoroughly clean the tank from the remnants of the coating material. Carefully clean the entire transmission path of the coating material. Inaccurate cleaning will reduce the parameters of the coating material stream. Clean the air nozzle with a brush dipped in solvent. Never immerse the entire gun in a solvent. Never clean clogged holes using hard objects because even minor internal damage can adversely affect the parameters of the spray jet. After washing the gun, a small amount of lubricant should be applied to the moving parts of the seals. Tighten the nozzle of the coating material to such an extent as to avoid leaks and at the same time ensure smooth movement of the spire.
