FTP-600™ microbiological agent for removing hydrocarbon impurities from soils and soils
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FPT-600™ is an excellent cleaning agent, highly concentrated, efficient, effectively removing contaminants generated in the food industry , for versatile use. The microorganisms contained in the preparation, naturally occurring in the environment and harmless to humans, effectively decompose organic pollutants into water and carbon dioxide in the bioremediation process. Thanks to the "Bio-Nutrient" component, FPT-600™ has a high ability to quickly break down fats, oils, carbohydrates and all hydrocarbons from any surface; meets environmental and sanitary standards, is completely safe for human health and provides comfort of work;
effective and economical, biodegradable. FPT-600™ protects equipment, cleaned surfaces and the environment. Recommended use in combination with SEP-700™ for enhanced effects.
HOW TO USE?
For direct use, the concentrate should be diluted with water in a ratio of at least 15 parts of water to 1 part of the preparation, which will ensure the highest effectiveness. Depending on the degree of soiling, the preparation can be diluted more.
Application with a pressure washer or industrial sprayer. Guidance:
PRESSURE WASHER
- Determine the concentration of the washing solution, remembering the recommended minimum dilution of the preparation (15 parts water to 1 part preparation).
- Apply the solution directly to the contaminated area to clean and degrease it .
- Use pressure to aerate and mix hard-to-remove dirt.
- Do not dry the surface moistened with the preparation.
- In the case of old dirt, it is suggested to repeat the pressure washing procedure several times.
MANUAL SPRAYER
- In an industrial sprayer, prepare a washing solution of the required concentration, remembering the recommended minimum dilution of the preparation (15 parts water to 1 part of the preparation).
- Apply the solution directly to the contaminated area, covering its entire surface thoroughly.
- Wait a few minutes before proceeding to the next stage of purification.
- Mix and aerate impurities by scrubbing with a broom or hard-bristle brush. Do not dry the surface moistened with the preparation.
- In the case of old dirt, it is suggested to repeat the manual spraying and scrubbing procedure several times.

Use for degreasing and removal of impurities with lubricants, animal and vegetable fats, oils and starch. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Efficiency
The effectiveness and speed of action of the preparation are determined by:
- temperature - the optimum temperature of the preparation is in the range of 5.5 ° C - 48 ° C. The temperature of the water to be diluted should not exceed 48°C
- pressure and oxygenation - the use of a sprayer or pressure washer effectively accelerates the process of removing contaminants
- type of impurity - some hydrocarbon impurities require a longer purification time
The experiments carried out show that the process of decomposition of impurities takes place immediately after the application of the solution. However, please note that depending on the factors mentioned above, it may change.
