BIO-W™ first floating enzymatic absorbent for hydrocarbon neutralization
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bio-W is a patented method that effectively solves problems occurring in industry with hard-to-remove water contaminants, equally effectively removes oil and petroleum impurities in water-oil sewer collectors, is hydrophobic: it has the ability to repel water and retain in Bio-W™ ™ fibers only absorbed hydrocarbons, which are broken down by microorganisms in the bioremediation process into carbon dioxide and water. Bio-W™ floats on the surface of the water even after complete saturation with hydrocarbon impurities, does not release previously absorbed impurities, is not susceptible to washing or rinsing, can be an auxiliary agent in removing surface impurities from the soil.
HOW TO USE?
Both in fresh and sea water.
- Spread Bio-W™ on the surface of the water, partially covering the contaminated area.
- There is no need to thoroughly cover the entire surface of the contamination due to the absorption properties of the preparation. The preparation will float on the surface even after absorbing the impurity.
- Remove all Bio-W™ from the surface of the water using a net, selector, strainer or any other tool.
- The used product should be disposed of in accordance with applicable waste management regulations.

Preparation of the preparation: use the product without dilution
Efficiency
The effectiveness and speed of action of the preparation are determined by:
- temperature - the higher, the faster the action of the preparation;
- type of impurity - some hydrocarbon impurities require a longer purification time
The experiments carried out show that the process of decomposition of impurities takes place immediately after the application of the preparation. However, please note that depending on the factors mentioned above, it may change.
