Where durability and flexibility are needed Filament S-Flex 90A
Spectrum S-Flex 90A is a filament designed for 3D printing that allows the production of flexible elements in a much simpler way than other materials of this type. The appropriate composition of this material ensures good adhesion not only between the layers, but also between the printed element and the working platform.
Resistance to hydrocarbons and good lamination between the layers enables the production of sealing elements that are required to withstand all types of operating fluids and to ensure the highest possible tightness. In addition, elements made of this material will be used as energy dissipating parts, i.e. all kinds of bumpers or vibration dampers.
Up to 500% elongation at break S-Flex filament

Key features:
- up to 500% elongation at break
- high tensile and tear resistance
- hardness Shore 90A
- resistance to many common industrial oils and chemicals
- printing without shrinkage and curling the base of the printed element
- reduction of "flossing" during idle movements of the printer
- shape stability and material properties in the temperature range -30 to +60°C
Use:
- production of seals with high chemical resistance
- making elements that act as energy adsorbents
- functional parts
- bushings, vibration dampers, protective cases
- snap parts
In addition to the above-mentioned properties, S-Flex 90A also has good UV resistance and high resistance to aging. Flexible filament S-Flex 90A is resistant to weak and diluted acids and alkalis.
