Specialized drill bits for reaming baked screws, HSS-E Co8, 3.2-8.5 mm, short, set 5 pcs.

A set of specialized drills for reaming baked NEO screws (ref. no. 08-950) was created in cooperation with Baildon S.A. Drill Factory in Katowice. The drills are made of high-carbon SK8m high-speed steel with a high content of molybdenum, nickel and cobalt. Dedicated for reaming sealed screws, as well as for many applications during machining very demanding materials (HB up to 500), with a diameter range of 3.2, 4.2, 5.0, 6.8, 8.5 mm, under the M4 to M10 thread. Thanks to the use of diameters dedicated to the size of the thread, it is possible to re-thread the reamed hole. Due to problems with reaming in hard-to-reach places, the drills were made with a shorter working length and a total length while maintaining the tolerance of the diameter. Made with a tightening of 135 degrees, with correction of the type B blade, the advantage of which is insensitivity to impacts, one-sided load and lateral forces. Drills have a cylindrical type of drill chuck. Repeatedly tested in NEO Garage, so as to meet the expectations of professionals and lovers of the automotive industry.
