IDEAL FOR EXERCISE
The set of gums can be used for fitness training and rehabilitation exercises. The big advantage of expanders is that they allow you to engage to work with both the upper and lower parts of the body. They contribute to the improvement of the condition of the pelvic muscles, back, chest, as well as abdomen and arms.
LOAD REGULATION
Each of the five resistance rubbers included in the kit generates a different load - in the range from 4.5 to 13.6 kg. Thanks to the adjustable fastening system, you decide on the intensity of training yourself. You can exercise with only one selected rubber or attach several rubbers together, thus increasing the load during exercise. Putting on all the rubbers that are included in the set, you can achieve a pressure of up to 45 kilograms.
DOOR MOUNTING
Included in the set, durable door hook, allows you to perform various types of exercises. Fixing the hitch is very easy and does not require the use of any tools. All you have to do is place its final part (the so-called "anchor") above or under the door, and then close it, checking at the end that the hitch has been properly locked.
LEG TRAINING
A set of expanders will provide you with full-body training. In addition to being an effective tool for modeling the arms, chest and back, thanks to the ankle straps included in the set, it also allows you to perform leg training. Such training will help you strengthen in particular the ankle joints and knees.
