Granite non-stick coating is enriched with granite coat, thanks to which it obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon dishes. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but it is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings in this. This type of pots and pans also allows frying with a minimum amount of fat, because the dish heats up like a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
