The load increases as the rubber tightens, so in most exercises, the maximum load is obtained at the moment of the greatest muscle tension. Thanks to rubbers, with different load ranges, the weight can be adjusted to a specific exercise. Rubbers can be used twice or individually. The combination of rubbers with DC30 makes the range of possible exercises significantly larger. Thanks to this set, we will perform exercises for each muscle part, starting from the forearms, through the entire body, and ending with the calves.
