Self-hardening clay is a ready-to-use plastic mass that hardens in air. Self-hardening clay is best suited for making small sculptural forms. It can be used to make full forms such as: figurines, bowls, decorative plates, bas-reliefs on tiles and jewelry (pendants, beads, brooches). Various patterns can also be easily imprinted on smooth surfaces. The drying time of finished products depends on their thickness and drying conditions. If necessary, to obtain the right consistency, the clay should be moistened with water. Objects made of self-hardening clay, after drying, can be painted with ASTRA paints.
