Screw paste
Execution: the mineral fat paste contains a blend of highly effective white solid lubricants with a synergistic effect. Resistant to heat and leaching (leaching test according to DIN 51807, part 2; grease loss after 1 hour/37.8 °C = 1.4 %).
Application: for lubrication of frequently used bolts/nuts in fastening devices. In particular, when using aggressive coolants. Unlubricated (dry) bolted connections are exposed to high friction forces (reduced clamping force) and rapid wear with frequent strong tightening. AMF screw paste, thanks to its optimal sliding properties, increases the achievable clamping force and protects the material (longer service life).
