The lid is tilted, which makes it easy to apply food. The tempered glass window in the lid allows you to preview the contents without having to open them. The heater is fuel-powered. The set includes a container for a special paste with a lid to help extinguish the flame. They are installed under a water tank measuring 450 x 95 mm. A water bath keeps food warm and does not burn it.
