Application: for checking threads.
Note: to facilitate proper thread meshing, the first thread coil is ground and removes coarse dirt. Intermediate dimensions and other tolerances available on request.
Made of: high quality steel for the production of gauges, fully hardened, stress relieved and finely ground, tolerance class 6g.
Application: for checking threads. Transitive mandrel or ring gauges for threads should simply be screwed on/screwed on/into the test sample. Thread shank gauges, non-transitive or thread ring gauges have slightly shortened threads and are used to check the pitch diameter of the thread. It must not be possible to shoot/screw them on/into the sample.
