The powerful Pharaoh Mino died, leaving his eldest son Mido on the throne. The young successor, dissatisfied with the poor appearance of his father's pyramid, decided to take care of his own legacy. Now he wishes his burial place to better reflect the power of his rule, and to this end he ordered 24 architects to build diamond-encrusted pyramids, the so-called Piramidos. The architect who creates the most impressive pyramid will be appointed grand vizier and for the rest of his life will bask in riches and power beyond the imagination of ordinary mortals.
In Piramido, a multi-level tile game, players try to build the most impressive pyramid possible. The pyramid will consist of 20 domino tiles arranged on 4 levels.
During the game, each architect will have to build their pyramid tile by tile, placing gem markers on colored blocks. On his turn, the architect must select a tile from the quarry, add it to his pyramid, and, if possible, mark it with a gem marker. Prestige points are awarded after completing each level, and the architect with the most points at the end of the game will be appointed grand vizier and victor.
