PWL8306 HMS PREMIUM is a multifunctional handrail. Its application focuses on performing push-ups on handrails, i.e. dips and classic push-ups. Both dips and classic arm deflections in the support very strongly involve the chest muscles, triceps and the anterior acton of the deltoid muscles. Thanks to the lower handles, it is possible to make a very strong deflection of the arms during the pump. Thanks to this, we stretch the muscle much more strongly during each movement, which in turn affects its faster growth. On the upper handrails, the position of the body depends on whether we will engage the chest or triceps more strongly. If during the exercise, we lean forward, the most strongly involved muscle will be the chest, but if we maintain an upright position, we will focus on the triceps. The materials used for the pwL8306 construction not only guarantee very good stability and strength of the product, but also that the handrail is very light. Moving from place to place will not be a problem. Special foams, located on the handles, prevent the hands from slipping, as well as not causing discomfort during the grip.
