Fibrous disc grinding wheel, ceramic grain with zirconium corundum
XF850
Made of: self-sharpening ceramic grain (CER) bonded with full synthetic resin with the addition of zirconium corundum (ZA), with cooling properties thanks to an additional coating affecting the grinding process, on a durable and very elastic fabric, even and slightly open dispersion system. Very good grain adhesion, extremely long durability, low to medium pressure during processing and very good adaptability. Resistant to oils, fats, waxes, water, emulsions. With inner hole (normalized hole 22.23 mm) and cross notch.
Application: for cool grinding with high aggressive processing of high-alloy, titanium and nickel alloy steels. Thanks to its high hardness, it is suitable for processing very hard surfaces. Active grinding additives allow grinding while cooling and thus significantly increase cutting efficiency. This simultaneously extends tool life and reduces discoloration of the workpiece's surface. Suitable for dry machining as well as for coolant machining.
