Book Pucios can tell
Meet Pucio and his friends! This friendly little guy is children's favourite companion as they take their first steps in learning to speak.
The fifth part of the Pucio is an opportunity for children who can already speak to practise their storytelling skills. This is encouraged by the adventures of a new family member.
Underneath each large illustration, there are additional pictures to encourage children to describe their experiences in their own words, as well as questions to prompt a conversation with their parents on a topic of particular interest to them: their own birth.
Storytelling requires, among other things, an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships and time relationships.
We can help children by asking questions such as "What happened in the beginning?", "What did Puppy do next?", " Why?" and by using phrases: "first", "later", "finally". Above all, let your children be independent in telling the story, asking questions and explaining the situations encountered in the book.
