With its use, it is possible to perform training, almost the entire upper body. This is done by changing the angle of the supports. Each such change allows you to engage a different muscle group, or the same muscle that will work slightly differently, which will make its development comprehensive. The board allows exercises to develop the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders and back. Each muscle group is marked on the board with a different color, and the color is described, so that during training changing the setting is quick and easy. From the bottom, the product has special rubber stickers that prevent slipping. On the handles of the supports, a material was also used, whose task is to grip firmly throughout the training.
