Wonder Grip BEE-TOUGH WG-522B protective gloves in size XXL/11

Wonder Grip WG-522B Bee-Tough combines Bee series knitting technology with nitrile coating for oil resistance and optimal long-lasting grip. The top of the gloves is made of ultra-light lining for both high torsion resistance and unparalleled air circulation. The Bee series knitting technique creates a unique shape on the hand, maximizing the coefficient of friction provided by the coating itself. The lower part of the glove uses DuaLiner technology and its special support on the back of the hand, ensuring an accurate and secure fit. Equipped with the Bee series, DuaLiner and nitrile coating, the WG-522B Bee-Tough sets a new standard for comfort in oily and oily environments.

Protective gloves Wonder Grip WG-522B XXL/11 Bee-T

It is these slogans that are the basis of the research and development of Wonder Grip, which over the years has introduced many important technical solutions and patents, especially in the field of coating preparation, such as Wonder Grip Technology, which has made it possible to achieve high adhesion in a humid and oily environment, reducing the risk and fatigue of the employee. Wonder Grip is a company based in Japan, founded about 20 years ago by technicians who came from the production of gloves for industrial use. Wonder Grip work gloves provide the highest level of dexterity and grip in their categories, which in turn redefines hand protection. Each Wonder Grip glove is designed to deliver the highest level of performance, from lightweight protective gloves to highly technical cut-resistant gloves. At every stage of research, development and production process, the same philosophy applies, so as never to compromise. Wonder Grip strives to offer products that go beyond the basic protective features of users, offering an unparalleled level of comfort and dexterity.

Wonder Grip organizes its research and development activities around three key themes: coating compounds, weaving techniques and mold ergonomics. Wonder Grip Technology defines a type of honeycomb coating specially developed by Wonder Grip. This technology involves creating a specific roughness on the coated surface of the glove, thus reproducing the effect of better adhesion. These micro-inequalities deflect fluids, such as water or crude oil, far from the contact surface, which significantly increases adhesion, both in humid, dry and oily conditions. This specially designed increased grip technology provides the user with much better grip. In other words, Wonder Grip Technology reduces the force needed to move objects and greatly increases the grip control of all objects, both in dry and slippery environments. The results of tests carried out by BOKEN Japan, an independent agency that tests and controls materials, showed an increase in the coefficient of friction, i.e. gripping force or adhesion, by 58% * for Wonder Grip Technology latex coatings and by 36% for Wonder Grip Technology nitrile coatings.

All gloves are manufactured using TPDT (Thermo-set Pre-curved Design Technology). This means placing inside a mold that recreates the natural shape of the hand at rest during soaking, our gloves are also washed and dried by a method specially developed by engineers. This method provides our users with freedom of movement and increased sensitivity, thanks to which Wonder Grip has gained an international reputation. Wonder Grip Technology also provides increased gripping power, thus reducing the risk of injury, preventing musculoskeletal disorders and contributing to additional overall comfort in the workplace.

Wonder Grip's latest innovation, the Bee series includes a full suite of technologies offering an unprecedented experience. The team of researchers pioneered a new knitting technique, inspired by the geometric shape of a honeycomb that uses the smallest amount of material. Based on the same concept, Bee knitted inserts can withstand high tensile force while offering twice the air circulation* compared to standard knitwear, thanks to the double knitting technique. The Bee series insoles are ultra-light and are the first knitting technique to increase grip due to its shape on the hand.
* Diameter 10mm 300pa 2857.6mm/s vs 1503.6mm/s

In Wonder Grip, the definition of comfort goes beyond a sense of physical freedom. We strive to create unique hand protection solutions that provide users with well-being, satisfaction and safety. Based on this concept, Wonder Grip has developed a new series of insoles to reduce nervous and muscular fatigue, preventing diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The upper part of the lining is made of fibers, the technical properties of which guarantee a real feeling of the second skin and provide freedom of movement. The bottom of the padding is made of nylon and reinforced with a unique reinforcement developed by our R&D department. It reaches to the middle of the hand to ensure an accurate and secure fit, preventing arthritis and tendonitis.

To get support for each of the gloves, the fibers are selected according to very detailed criteria. This is the case with Tsunooga polyethylene, the fiber from which we have chosen our cut-resistant gloves for knitting. This fiber is not only extremely resistant, offering excellent anti-cut properties, but is also ideal for the production of soft and comfortable textured gloves. No solvents are used in the production of this fiber, making it more hygienic and healthier to use than other polyethylene fibers. Tsunooga fiber also has special heat conduction properties that allow it to absorb and distribute the body's natural heat. The inclusion of this fiber allows you to produce gloves that provide a feeling of freshness on the skin.

Wonder Grip factories are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified. All production processes - from the purchase of raw materials to the quality control of the final product and environmental management - meet the strictest international standards. Wonder Grip also certifies that all raw materials used in the production of products comply with European Union regulations (Regulation No. 1907/2006): the Regulation on Chemical Products and Their Use ", hereinafter referred to as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). The main objective of this Directive is to ensure the highest level of protection and safety of human health and the environment. Wonder Grip strives to constantly offer its customers more added value. One of the main reasons that led us to apply for this certification was that we could demonstrate that Wonder Grip stands out from the competition not only by the technical quality of its products, but also by the internal quality of the raw materials used. While some competitors continue to use toxic solvents that pose a threat to production line operators and end-product users, the difference between Wonder Grip lies in its OEKO-TEX accreditation.
