The steinberg Systems magnetic lift is used to carry loads made of iron and steel, e.g. sheets, building elements, weights or reinforcements. It is perfect for work in the metallurgical, electromechanical, fuel and energy industries, in shipyards, automotive workshops, at scrap yards and construction sites, as well as when loading and unloading goods.
The high lifting force is 600 kg. Such carrying capacity was ensured by the use of a strong double neodymium magnet. The device has a high breaking load (up to 1800 kg). The gripper is suitable for sheet metal thicknesses as low as 5 mm. This makes it more effective than single magnet equipment. It has a wider range of application, 30-40% more damping force, less residual magnetism and low weight. The easy-to-use lever is used to start and lock the equipment. Once the magnet is placed on the charge, all you have to do is move it to activate the magnetic field. The universal magnetic lift can carry any ferromagnetic material. This makes it suitable, for example, for separating iron from other materials in the recycling industry. The equipment does not require any power source and can be easily transported from place to place.
