The compact dimensions of the RCPO-3000-2PS-1 make it easier to use the equipment both in stationary gastronomy (pizzerias, restaurants) and mobile – e.g. food trucks.
The device is equipped with two stone slabs and three independent heaters with thermostats. The temperature (max. 350C) can be adjusted separately according to your needs. Using the timer option (optional), the baking time is set in the range of 0-120 minutes. The pizza oven has a door with refractory fasteners and a backlight of the center. It is made of durable stainless steel. The pizza oven can accommodate two pancakes with a diameter of up to 40 cm at a time.
