Noyafa NF-8209 LAN cable tester with advanced features
Diagnostic device for network cables with LED display. The NF-8209 is a new generation offering digital and analog signaling in a single network toner and probe. It has three . modes for cable tracking options such as digital mode, analog mode, and PoE mode. This means that it is equipped with the most powerful cable location technologies for any work environment. It also includes cable length measurement, cable fault testing, PoE testing, hub flashing, and NCV function, all of which make it an indispensable tool for wiring engineers. It tests the correctness of the connection by detecting such damage as an open, short circuit, inverted pairs. In addition, it is equipped with a signal generator and a pair finder, thanks to which it allows you to search for a specific wire in the tangle of cables. By connecting the tester to the switch, the router allows by lighting the LED at the RJ45 socket to easily identify the network termination.
- 3 cable tracking modes - digital, analog and PoE. In digital or analog mode, the tone generator sends strong, clear tones to help you find cables faster. If the cable you want to identify is connected to a PoE switch, PoE scan mode will make cable tracking more precise.
- 3 Cable testing capabilities — connection map, length, and PoE. The NF-8209 allows you to test the connection map and check 5 common connection problems, including open, short, crossed, separated and inverted pairs, measurement of LAN cable lengths in the range of 2.5 m - 500 m, testing information about PoE devices such as PoE voltage, polarity and power mode, PSE type (AF or AT standard).
- Testing flash port and switch details. Port flashing allows you to locate network ports by flashing the port light on switches or routers and provides information about the connected switch, such as its speed, transmission mode, and protocol.
- Graphic LCD display 128x64 points. The NF-8209 cable locator is equipped with a bright and easily recognizable LCD display, which greatly simplifies its use. Any cable issues can be easily identified and tracked by looking at the tester's visual and well-lit display.
- Non-contact voltage detection (NCV). The receiver (tone probe) can be used to detect the presence of alternating voltage.
- RJ45 ports
- Power supply 3xAAA, 9V
- Cables supported Cat 5, Cat 6
- Maximum tested cable length 600m
