Thanks to the interchangeable tips, the mixer can be used to mix different foods.
The dough stirrer is used to mix ingredients into medium density masses (e.g. yeast dough), it is recommended to use switch settings in the range 1 – 2 when working with this tip.
The whipping agitator is used to mix ingredients into low-density masses (e.g. sponge cake, pancake dough), it is recommended to use switch settings from the range 1 – 4 when working with this tip.
The shaker is used for whipping foam and whipped cream, it is recommended to use switch settings in the range of 5 – 6 when working with this tip.
