The professional industrial pellet mill of the Wiesenfield brand is used to produce pellets, animal feed and granules from various organic materials. The granulator gives the opportunity to use wooden sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice husks or paper. They are placed in a special matrix with holes with a diameter of 6 mm, where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80C).. Some materials require the use of special binders. The pellet mill is able to produce 90-120 kg of feed and 50-90 kg of pellets from sawdust in an hour. The efficiency of the device was achieved thanks to the power take-off shaft connected to the tractor with a capacity of 8-12 hp.
