The professional industrial pellet machine from Wiesenfield is used to produce pellets, animal feed and granules from various organic materials. The granulator gives the possibility of using wooden sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice husks or paper. They are placed in a special matrix with holes with a diameter of 6 mm, where they are subjected to high pressure and temperature (60-80C). Some materials require the use of special binders. The pellet mill is able to produce 60-100 kg of feed and 40-60 kg of pellets from sawdust per hour. A special safety brake protects the user. 4 wheels ensure the mobility of the machine and facilitate transport.
