Thanks to the smooth adjustment of the grip, it adheres perfectly to the body, which protects and stiffens the lumbar spine. The belt has inserts made of foam with increased hardness. They provide proper pressure and stability during exercises. The belt section, intended for the lumbar part, is up to 20 cm, which makes it an ideal stabilizer. It is made of very durable and strong material that protects the belt from any damage.
