THE PA3449 HMS is a strength training belt. Its task is to secure the spine when performing exercises with the use of heavy weights. Thanks to the smooth adjustment of the grip, it perfectly adheres to the body, which protects and stiffens the lumbar spine. The belt has inserts, made of foam with increased hardness. They ensure proper pressure and stability during the exercises. The belt section, intended for the lumbar part, is as much as 21 cm, which makes it an ideal stabilizer. It is made of very durable and strong material that protects the belt from any damage.
