Polyurethane filters

Advantages of using polyurethane foam

The unique aluminium grease filters are reinforced with a special polyurethane foam, which eliminates up to 98% of all grease particles and other impurities. At the same time, the canopy maintains its extraction efficiency.

Absorber

A canister extractor works by sucking in air saturated with steam and odours and, after filtering, directing it back into the room. If it is not possible to connect a canopy directly to the ventilation duct in your home, a good alternative solution is to install a canister. A canister extractor draws in air through a carbon filter that effectively absorbs odours and water vapour, and then directs the cleaned air back into the room. Canisters are easy to install and are a convenient solution for flats in blocks of flats, where it is usually difficult to install chimney hoods that require connection to ventilation ducts. The charcoal filter should be replaced 1-2 times a year, depending on how often the canister is used.

More power with less noise

In today's homes, the kitchen is the new focal point, which in turn draws attention to the noise levels produced by cooker hoods. Over the past few years, the performance of canopies has improved significantly and sound-absorbing materials are increasingly used in many Gorenje cooker hoods.
