NISSEI MT-500 Non-contact thermometer

Functions: triControl: 3-sensor technology ensures high measurement accuracy by analysing various measurement condition data. Three built-in sensors automatically control: - distance from the body, - ambient temperature to adjust the results, - body temperature. Armpit temperature: The MT-500 calculates the internal body temperature (equivalent to the temperature measured in the armpit) using a special algorithm based on the surface temperature of the skin on the forehead and the ambient temperature. The clinical accuracy of the MT-500 has been verified by comparison with a clinical reference thermometer in accordance with international standards. Clinical verification was carried out on hundreds of patients ranging in age from newborns to adults. It stores 10 readings of body and object temperature. The MT-500 also has temperature measurement modes for objects and rooms. Backlit display. Powered by one AAA alkaline battery.
