The LACESTONE training bench is characterized by an adjustable backrest angle, which ensures safe and effective training as well as quick and easy assembly (and thus the possibility of folding, thanks to which we save space at home!). The adjustable lying surface is filled with soft foam and covered with synthetic leather, which is available in different color variants. Strong and stable construction ensures the multifunctionality of the device and allows us to adapt to personal needs and perform many different physical exercises on it, including: exercises for triceps, biceps, shoulders, abdominal muscles and many others.

Thanks to its design, the bench offers a variety of training options and can be adapted to the individual needs of everyone, even the most demanding user. Regardless of which part of the body we want to train - from the abdominal muscles to the hip or back muscles - the LACESTONE exercise bench is perfectly adapted to this!
