The HendiChef IPC multifunctional device from Hendi is a modern food processor equipped with 20 functions: cooking, crushing, mixing, kneading, steaming, frying, abrasion, sous vide, whipping, dissolving, caramelization, emulsifying, kneading, shredding, chopping, grinding, slicing, mixing, blending, weighing.
The motor housing has a large, legible TFT display. It is made of vibro-absorbent ABS material, the SLIDE LOCK formula prevents uncontrolled change of place on the countertop. The device has an integrated quartz scale from 5g to 5kg with a tare function. The 4.5-liter multifunctional pot with a working capacity of 3 l has installed a high-power heating apparatus made of high-quality anti-corrosion acid-resistant steel (AISI 304 technology). The device is equipped with a 3-piece steaming set: a polymer baking pan with a non-stick surface with a capacity of 4.5 l, which is installed on the pot (allows quick steam cooking), a steam extension that doubles the working surface and a lid that regulates the amount of steam, thanks to which the dishes maintain their full aroma and crunchiness. Transparent polycarbonate pot lid with start sensor allows you to control the process without having to open the lid. 2 variants of covers: HOT COVER for heat treatment and COLD COVER for cool dishes. 4-blade knives are made of hardened acid-resistant steel class AISI 420 in a 3D system. The chopping disc is 2-function, equipped with 13 teeth, with the possibility of plastering. The silicone spatula is resistant to abrasion and temperature. The included measuring cup will facilitate precise dosing of ingredients.
