Compact moisture meter for non-destructive testing. The device is designed to detect moisture and water damage in building materials, such as wood and concrete structures, at a depth of up to approx. 30-40 mm. It is also possible to detect moisture under tile tiles or other floor or wall coverings. A capacitive measurement method using a high-frequency electric field is used. Gives a quick indication of the moisture content of the material. The instrument simply moves over the surface of the material, and the humidity value is read from the display. The backlit display also shows the air temperature. With temperature compensation, for increased measurement accuracy. Supplied complete with a 9 V battery.
