A steel jug that can serve us as a milk collector for serving warm milk for coffee and for frothing milk in espresso machines equipped with a steam nozzle. The jug has a spout designed for latte art, ideal for frothing milk and preparing cappuccino.

How to froth milk perfectly?
- Cold milk should be poured into the jug. It should be remembered that there is not too much of it – frothed milk will increase its volume twice, so it must have some space for itself.
- Slightly tilt the jug with milk and insert the nozzle into it – it should be just below the surface of the milk.
- We turn on the device and, making circular movements with the jug, froth the milk. The nozzle should be just below the surface all the time.
- When the milk is already frothed and its volume increases, then we move the nozzle a little deeper, thanks to which we will heat the lower layer of milk.
- The ideal temperature is about 65 ° C – 70 ° C. At this temperature, lactose contained in milk is dissolved, which gives it a sweet taste. A higher temperature will cut the protein and you will not be able to foam. Baristas sometimes use special thermometers inserted into jugs. You probably don't have one, so just stop heating when the jug gets unpleasantly hot.
- Finally, tap on the jug so that the milk bubbles settle a bit. Ready! Milk can be added to espresso and make a cappuccino, latte or other coffee.
