The Royal Catering brewing boiler is a catering device that allows you to prepare beer at home. A capacity of 40 l and a power of 2500 W ensure high efficiency. Very quickly they heat the mixture to the desired temperature in the range of 10-100C. This in turn can be maintained at a certain level for a sufficiently long time (timer 0-180 min). The tank has a scale that allows you to determine a specific literage. The boiler has an intuitive touch panel with LCD screen. Through it, the temperature, time, manual or automatic mode, memory settings, etc. will be determined. The display shows the current operating parameters. A great convenience is also a magnetic drive pump.
Choose between manual and automatic mode. In automatic mode, thanks to advanced electronics, the equipment allows you to take advantage of nine programmable steps of beer production. In addition, the device also has a memory capable of storing nine recipes. A modern printed circuit board, responsible for advanced functions and memory of the device, was placed in the lower part and secured with a tight flap. The drain tap is equipped with a mesh filter that effectively retains sediment. The boiler is closed with a transparent tempered glass lid, characterized by high strength and resistance to high temperatures and breakage.
