MarSurf PS10 portable surface roughness measuring instrument
Design : handy portable surface roughness measuring instrument, simple and intuitive operation, large backlit 4.3" TFT touch display, rotating screen, backup in TXT, X3P, CSV and PDF files, no mains power required: allows you to take 1200 measurements without having to recharge the instrument, all in one hand. Small size and light weight (approx. 500 g).
Versatility of the device: removable feed mechanism, measurement in any position: horizontally, vertically, in an inverted position, 31 parameters provide the same range of functions as a laboratory instrument, integrated, removable roughness standard, quick access to selected functions using shortcuts on the display, very short switching time, the result is displayed after a few seconds. The automatic selection of the scale section ensures correct measurement results also in the case of measurements that are not carried out by specialists. Memory: min. 3900 profiles, min. 500000 results, min. 1500 PDF protocols, expandable with microSD card up to 32 GB (320 times the capacity).
Application: on shafts, housing parts, large machines, large workpieces, milled and turned parts, grinded and honed, in the production area at the machine tool for quick check of the roughness of the workpiece in or on the machine tool.
Scope of delivery: feed mechanism (removable), 1 standard, normative, built-in battery, roughness standard built into the housing (removable), including Mahr calibration certificate, sensor cover, charger/3 network adapters, user manual, shoulder strap bag, USB cable, feed extension cable and height adjustment (integrated).
