Semi-automatic dispenser for standard rubberized and reinforced bublaki BT-D11 tape
An effective solution that allows you to streamline the process of packing cartons. The Bublaki BT-D11 water-activated packaging tape dispenser is an easy-to-use and reliable device that feeds ready-to-stick sections of rubberized tape with a length of 10-99 cm. The dispenser moisturizes, extends and cuts off the paper tape. It is adapted to both ordinary paper tapes and reinforced from 20 to 80 mm with a max. roll diameter up to 200 mm. The simple design translates into easy operation and servicing. The base elements are made of steel, thanks to which the dispenser is distinguished by its incredible service life.
Easy to use
The device is easy to operate thanks to its precise and almost silent mechanism. Simply turn the lever on the side of the device slightly to get a ready-made, cut off, moistened piece of tape from 10 cm to 99 cm* long. The shut-off process is fully automated. Manual adjustment allows the operator to control the spacing between successive belts. The dispenser has a tape moisture adjustment in 3 levels. The device is relatively small and light (9.5 kg) and does not require electrical power, making it fully mobile.
*It is possible to obtain a non-standard length of the tape – press the lever again without tilting it back, then the first fragment will not be cut and the feeder will extend the additional length.
Rubberized paper tapes Bublaki
Bublaki paper tape with water glue based on potato starch is made of strong craft paper. After sticking, a very strong bond is formed and the tape penetrates into the cardboard structure, thanks to which it perfectly protects the contents of the shipments.
