Use:
Apply a drop of Primera to the eyelid and rub with a finger or brush. Distribute the shadow.
The base can also be mixed with a shadow to create a liquid cosmetic. Mix a small amount of each on the surface or back of your hand and gently press on clean eyelids or eye shadow.
