We present a handy set of heat-shrinkable tubes made of high quality polyethylene. Our set is distinguished by access to several sizes of tubes gathered in one handy package. No more looking for small heat shrinks somewhere at the bottom of the tool drawer. Now all you have to do is look in the box, take what you need and get to work. It's that simple!
Shrinking should be done with an electric or gas heater (preferably with temperature control) or with caution? with a burner, using a yellow flame, so that the heating temperature is 120÷200 °C. Before shrinking, clean the fore litter intended to be covered with sandpaper and degrease it, and then heat it to a temperature of ~60 °C. After sliding the heat-shrinkable element, heat it, starting from half the length, evenly and around, gradually moving the heating to the ends, avoiding local overheating. Proper shrinkage is devoid of folds, bulges, burns.
